Serve as a strategic, client-facing relationship manager for Aladdin, driving enterprise adoption, renewals, upsells, and commercial outcomes. Build senior executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional BlackRock teams, translate client needs into Aladdin-enabled solutions, relay product feedback to Product Management, and guide clients from implementation through value realization.

Serve as the primary client contact, maintain pipeline data in Salesforce, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Billing, Data, and Contracting teams. Support onboarding and offboarding while improving scalable engagement processes through automation, digitization, and AI-driven workflows.

Build and deepen institutional client relationships for BlackRock’s Aladdin platform. Translate investment, operational, and technology challenges into platform solutions; coordinate Product, Engineering, Financial Modeling, and Sales teams; support solution design, testing, rollout, adoption, and reporting workflows. Advise clients on market, regulatory, and investment-process trends, communicate product feedback, and serve as a workflow subject matter expert across trading, risk, operations, and reporting.

Own relationships with institutional Aladdin clients, helping them achieve business goals through platform adoption and product strategy. Serve as a trusted consultant to senior stakeholders, communicate product insights, gather and track client feedback, identify risks and opportunities, and oversee cross-functional initiatives. The role requires financial services and investment lifecycle knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while coaching junior team members.

Serve as a trusted consultant to Aladdin clients, owning relationships with front-office teams to drive product adoption, advise on portfolio and risk workflows, capture product feedback, oversee cross-functional delivery, and coach junior staff to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.

Support day-to-day client experience across BlackRock's cash and liquidity products by delivering client requests, preparing RFPs and performance materials, automating recurring deliverables, maintaining CRM and reports, partnering on onboarding and regulatory reporting, and supporting Global Sales to improve processes, controls, and client retention.
