Serve as a strategic, client-facing relationship manager for Aladdin, driving enterprise adoption, renewals, upsells, and commercial outcomes. Serve as a technical relationship manager for Aladdin clients: own client relationships, map product vision to client strategy, drive adoption, capture and track product feedback, lead cross-functional projects, advise senior stakeholders on product and industry trends, coach junior team members, and support continuous platform improvement to enhance stability and performance.

Serve as primary client contact for consultant firms, manage service delivery and expectations, resolve operational issues, coordinate cross-functional solutions, support RFPs and client reporting, drive process improvements, and assume independent client coverage.
