Lead and develop a customer support team by managing onboarding, training, performance measurement, hiring, and support best practices. Serve as the voice of customer experience, collaborate cross-functionally on feature requests and process improvements, and streamline communication with vendors and partners. Support customers through chat, phone, email, troubleshooting, and other channels while helping scale CX workflows and maintain a positive user experience.

Manage and grow relationships with corporate veterinary hospital groups. Serve as the primary client contact, lead account strategy, build executive relationships, conduct business reviews, gather product feedback, develop account roadmaps, support customer success and growth, and cultivate prospective consolidator partnerships.

Leads end-to-end onboarding and software implementation for veterinary clinics, managing and mentoring a team of 5+ specialists. Owns implementation strategy, project planning, migrations, go-live execution, training, and delivery metrics. Serves as the escalation point for clients and coordinates with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Support. Builds scalable processes, templates, and tools while maintaining executive-level communication. Occasional travel to client sites may be required for critical launches.

Manage key client relationships as the primary communication point and strategic advisor. Lead account meetings, action items, performance reporting, presentations, optimization recommendations, catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and onboarding coordination. Collaborate with product, engineering, onboarding, and implementation teams to resolve issues and communicate initiatives. Build long-term corporate relationships, loyalty, and trust while supporting client success for Vetcove’s veterinary software platform.
