Manage enterprise SaaS customers by driving product activation, adoption, retention, and successful onboarding. Act as a trusted advisor, deliver technical demonstrations and product tours, analyze usage data to identify churn risks, coordinate with Support and Engineering, facilitate updates and roadmap discussions, document customer interactions, and align product value with customer objectives.

Provides enterprise-level post-deployment technical support to customers across Japan. Troubleshoots data protection, recovery, cloud, virtualization, networking, database, and SaaS issues; monitors customer environments; manages escalations; documents solutions; contributes to knowledge resources; partners with Engineering; mentors junior engineers; and supports customers in Japanese and English through rotating shifts.

Designs and scales Customer Success and Renewals operations through workflow automation, lifecycle triggers, dashboards, metrics governance, and AI-enabled reporting. Partners with Product, Engineering, RevOps, Finance, and Data teams to improve data integrity, customer health tracking, renewal visibility, and executive decision-making. Analyzes GRR, NRR, churn, downsell, adoption, and time-to-value metrics while leading cross-functional programs and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Leads a Customer Resilience team supporting enterprise accounts throughout onboarding, adoption, growth, renewal, and escalations. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, account strategy, customer health oversight, renewal and adoption targets, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, executive escalation management, and reporting portfolio metrics to senior leadership.

Owns the post-sales customer lifecycle for enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, success planning, renewals, escalation management, executive communication, and customer advocacy. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors customer environments and trends, drives product usage and time to value, develops recommendations and RCA documents, and proactively improves customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Monitor customer environments, provide recommendations and benchmarking, lead cross-functional teams, deliver root cause analyses, and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The role requires executive communication, global enterprise account management, occasional customer-site travel, and availability outside standard business hours when needed.
