Manage multiple engagements, produce enablement content, mentor peers and customers, and stay current on DevSecOps tooling and GitLab capabilities to support renewals and expansion.

Manage a portfolio of APJ customers to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and advocacy for GitLab. Provide deployment guidance, lead workshops and Centers of Excellence, translate product usage into actionable recommendations, monitor KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to support retention and expansion.

Manage a portfolio of U.S. public sector accounts to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and satisfaction of the GitLab DevSecOps platform. Translate pre-sales plans into measurable objectives, coach customers on Git, CI/CD, and DevSecOps best practices, coordinate cross-functional responses, and use project management to deliver customer enablement and success initiatives.

Lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers across EMEA to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Set goals, manage staffing and performance, build senior-level customer relationships, partner with Product and Engineering, oversee OKRs, improve processes and tools, and represent GitLab leadership while ensuring operational excellence.

Senior individual-contributor who partners with enterprise and government customers in Singapore to drive GitLab adoption, shape multi-year DevSecOps and cloud platform strategy, resolve escalations, deliver technical enablement, and influence retention and expansion through executive-level engagement and measurable success plans.

Serve as a strategic technical advisor to assigned customers, driving GitLab adoption, retention, and growth. Translate pre-sales plans into actionable success objectives, build Customer Success Plans, provide onboarding and enablement, liaise with Support/Product/Engineering, manage escalations, and recommend training and feature applicability.

Lead renewal analytics and forecasting for direct and channel motions. Build renewal health scoring and predictive models, improve Clari and SFDC processes, surface churn and expansion insights, partner with RevOps/Finance/IT, automate reporting, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders to improve retention and renewal performance.
