Manage SMB customer relationships to drive product adoption, retention, satisfaction, and ARR growth. Monitor customer analytics, execute workflows in CRM/Gainsight, coordinate cross-functionally (Renewals, Support, Sales), surface voice-of-customer feedback, and identify advocates and scalable programs to improve customer outcomes.

Lead strategy and growth of Imprivata's customer community via Salesforce Experience Cloud. Design engagement, onboarding, advocacy, and event programs; track KPIs and analytics; manage content, forums, and user groups; partner cross-functionally to align community initiatives with product and business goals; gather customer feedback to influence product and voice-of-customer programs; and apply automation and digital tools to scale community experiences.

Provide technical support for Imprivata products, diagnosing and debugging complex networked and virtualized environments; resolve customer configuration issues, escalate defects to engineering, manage cases in Salesforce, meet SLAs, create knowledge articles, mentor peers, and provide occasional after-hours and onsite support.
