Supports SaaS client onboarding by assessing requirements, configuring solutions, conducting platform training, troubleshooting issues, managing stakeholder relationships, monitoring project status and risks, and providing implementation guidance. The role requires financial markets knowledge, investment accounting familiarity, Excel and SQL skills, strong documentation, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Supports daily, monthly, and quarterly client service operations for investment portfolio data. Processes customer requests, prepares tickets and documentation, reconciles portfolio transactions and holdings, validates investment data, and reports operational status. Communicates with customers, supports training and website users, handles inquiries, and gathers product feedback. Develops skills in Excel, Salesforce, investment accounting, financial concepts, asset classes, reconciliation workflows, and Clearwater’s reporting tools.

Supports post-sales client servicing and operational delivery through customer communications, request processing, ticket documentation, investment portfolio reconciliation, data validation, and reporting. The intern learns Clearwater tools, Salesforce workflows, Excel, investment accounting, finance concepts, asset classes, and client support procedures while resolving routine inquiries and assisting with service quality and productivity metrics.
