The Manager will lead a team in driving customer value journeys, translating objectives into use cases, and engaging with senior stakeholders in Financial Services to maximize ROI using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.

Lead strategic customer success for major mining accounts using the Celonis platform: engage C-level stakeholders, define roadmaps and value plans, mobilize cross-functional teams, drive adoption and change management, mentor teams, and build customer advocacy and industry programs.
