Lead end-to-end regulatory (statistical/prudential) reporting projects: translate requirements, scope technical solutions, build and automate data pipelines with engineers, design validation frameworks, ensure report accuracy, and mentor/unblock dependent teams.

Lead large-scale payment data analyses to identify optimization opportunities and support A/B testing. Build scalable ETL pipelines, automation, and self-service analytics tools. Partner with product, data, and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights, mentor peers, and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Build and operate large-scale on-premise big-data platforms, focusing on OLAP systems or data engineering tooling. Develop streaming and batch pipelines, optimize distributed compute and storage (Druid, Spark, Trino, ClickHouse), improve data quality/lineage, and maintain CI/CD and private-cloud deployment for high-throughput analytics.

The Business Analyst - Pricing will ensure optimal transaction costs for merchants, analyze data, optimize pricing models, and implement fee changes, supporting Adyen's financial performance.
