Develops and governs financial data solutions for Liberty Mutual’s Finance Data Platform. Responsibilities include analyzing source data, defining transformation and downstream reporting requirements, applying metadata and lineage principles, prototyping coded solutions, testing, enabling self-service data consumption, defining business metrics, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating across finance, business, and technology teams. The role also identifies opportunities to use generative AI for data discovery, documentation, lineage summarization, prompt engineering, and code generation.

Own the roadmap and backlog for insurance pricing tools, gather requirements, coordinate delivery, and develop scripts and processes across rating programs. Analyze premium mismatches, maintain SAS pricing tools, conduct pricing analyses and quality checks using Python, SAS, Excel, and related technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve defects, present findings, train colleagues, and support successful pricing model rollouts.

Analyze procurement data, develop dashboards and reports, validate complex datasets, identify savings opportunities, improve reporting infrastructure, and present strategic insights to management. Collaborate with data providers and procurement partners while recommending improvements to tools, processes, and data quality.
