Analyzes business and operational data using SQL and business intelligence tools to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Builds dashboards and performance metrics, develops recommendations, communicates insights to stakeholders, and monitors outcomes following process or product changes. Ensures analytical outputs are accurate, validated, documented, and reproducible while collaborating cross-functionally to improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

Own marketing funnel analytics from end to end by monitoring metrics, diagnosing performance drivers with SQL and Python, building Snowflake/dbt models, and maintaining Periscope dashboards. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership, partner with Marketing, Risk, and Engineering on strategy and release impact analysis, and use AI tools while validating their output. Support team development through knowledge sharing, code review, and mentoring junior analysts.

Leads the Data Engineering team and sets technical direction for the company’s data platform. Owns Snowflake, PostgreSQL, pipelines, modern ELT tooling, Medallion architecture, reliability, scalability, cost optimization, data quality, observability, governance, and security. Partners across Engineering, Analytics, Product, Finance, Risk, and Marketing to deliver reusable data solutions. Develops engineers, establishes standards, communicates technical tradeoffs, and builds a long-term platform roadmap supporting analytics, automation, and AI.

Supports data infrastructure development, monitoring, optimization, and reliability. Responsibilities include managing relational databases, assisting with BI and Data Science pipelines, supporting Snowflake, Fivetran, and dbt warehouse systems, tuning queries and databases, establishing monitoring and alerting, working with AWS, and writing automated data model tests.

Analyzes funnel and loan performance metrics, builds automated SQL and Python reporting and alerts, evaluates trends and A/B tests, and recommends underwriting and product optimization strategies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement changes, monitor releases, and assess impacts.

Supports the Marketing Analytics team by monitoring funnel metrics, analyzing performance with SQL and Python, identifying drop-off drivers, and communicating recommendations. Maintains dbt data models in Snowflake, enhances Periscope dashboards, and partners with Marketing, Risk, and Engineering on strategy changes, releases, testing, and impact analysis.
