Lead strategic vision and execution of GitLab's data platform and analytics capabilities, focusing on AI-enabled self-service analytics and data governance.

Design and maintain people analytics reporting, dashboards, and data models; perform advanced statistical analyses and survey design; automate workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Partner with Sales Strategy, Solution Architects, and Ecosystem teams to translate pre-sales questions into analytics and AI solutions. Owner of end-to-end revenue and first-order analytics: define stakeholder questions, build datasets and dbt/Snowflake models, run SQL/Python analyses, deliver dashboards or AI-driven tools, and translate results into actionable sales and go-to-market recommendations while maintaining data quality and documentation.

Lead and grow the Revenue Analytics team to deliver strategic sales and customer lifecycle insights. Build forecasting, pipeline, capacity, predictive models, and customer lifecycle analytics to improve revenue, retention, adoption, and expansion. Partner with GTM, Finance, Product, and Enterprise Data to create executive reporting, data governance, AI-enabled self-serve datasets, and integrated analytics that drive business outcomes and support a shift to consumption-based models.
