Lead the design and delivery of governed data products for Finance and GTM teams. Build datasets, semantic models, reporting and planning solutions, and AI-enabled analytics workflows on Databricks. Establish modeling, metric, architecture, and quality standards; manage reconciliation and acceptance; partner cross-functionally with data engineering; and mentor engineers and Finance stakeholders.

Leads end-to-end data enablement for Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains. Partners with business and technical stakeholders to define use cases, roadmaps, data models, semantic layers, integration requirements, quality controls, and governed data products. Builds and optimizes Databricks lakehouse pipelines using SQL, Python, PySpark, and Delta Lake across complex ERP, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and finance systems. Establishes standards for lineage, security, documentation, reliability, and production readiness.

Own the Marketing organization’s data and analytics strategy, including data structures, reporting requirements, governance, dashboards, and marketing funnel measurement. Partner with engineers, MarTech teams, vendors, and leadership to improve infrastructure, data quality, and operational efficiency. Lead executive-level performance analyses, operating-plan metrics, and C-suite reporting by translating complex cross-functional data into actionable strategic narratives.

Build and maintain governed Silver/Gold data models and semantic assets on Databricks. Translate stakeholder KPIs into testable, reusable transformations, apply enterprise modeling standards, enable domain self-service, ensure data sensitivity and governance, and review domain-contributed models for production readiness.
