Identifies customer friction, risks, root causes, and business impacts; conducts forecasting, experimentation, segmentation, and regression analyses. Develops executive-ready recommendations, partners with senior stakeholders, monitors customer-impacting events, and coaches analysts and cross-functional teams.

Own end-to-end analytics for Chewy's Pharmacy and related businesses: deliver deep-dive analyses, build self-service dashboards and KPIs, partner with finance and engineering to enable new data sources, conduct QA/UAT, and produce documentation and training to drive customer experience and financial outcomes.
