The Data Analyst II will support the Customer Success team by performing analyses, measuring operational effectiveness, providing insights, and recommending improvements across departments to enhance customer experience.

Lead a team of analysts and data engineers to build and operate scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, design domain-specific data marts, deliver production-grade analytics, advise business leaders on data-driven strategy, manage resources and technical debt, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and real-time availability.

Lead product analytics for new financial product initiatives: build business models, segment customers, create datamarts and dashboards, ensure data quality, design experiments, and surface insights using AI-enabled tooling to guide product decisions.

Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver fraud, scams, and promo-abuse insights. Own metrics, run experiments, perform SQL-heavy analyses and modeling, translate findings into cross-functional recommendations, and leverage AI tools to scale fraud analytics.

Analyze customer behavior across the product lifecycle, define and prioritize product improvements, run and interpret A/B tests, build dashboards and segmentation, own roadmap slices end-to-end, and use AI-first tools and predictive models to drive product and marketing insights.

Analyze Remitly fraud data to detect and mitigate fraud. Build models, dashboards, and risk metrics; normalize data from multiple systems; run A/B tests; partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Business to improve KYC/KYB and fraud workflows; provide actionable insights to reduce false positives and operational risk.
