The Data Analyst II develops scalable dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool, and Salesforce; writes advanced SQL queries; analyzes trends and KPIs; ensures data accuracy and governance; and delivers automated reporting solutions. The role partners with Customer Support, Product, Services, Sales Engineering, data engineering, and BI teams to translate business needs into insights and support data-driven decisions.

Lead end-to-end COGS and gross margin analysis for hardware and software products, model cost-saving scenarios, answer ambiguous executive questions, partner with data engineering/finance/product, build reliable datasets and analytical frameworks, and present recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.
