Lead and grow a Business Intelligence team, partner with senior leaders to prioritize analytical initiatives, ensure analytic output quality, drive BI operating model evolution, adopt modern BI tooling and self-service, and embed AI-assisted methods to improve decision-making.

The Senior Data Scientist will lead analytics projects, define success metrics, run experiments, and present data-driven insights to influence product and business strategies.

Manage and grow an analytics engineering team while designing, building, and maintaining scalable ELT pipelines, dimensional data models, and reporting solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, documented data products, uphold data quality, and drive adoption of self-service analytics.

Lead and grow a Data Governance team to build and run governance programs: metadata standards, taxonomy, glossary migration, data catalog ownership (Atlan), asset certification, data quality observability, and stakeholder adoption. Act as subject-matter expert, enforce certification standards, arbitrate definitions, and apply AI tooling to scale governance work.

Design, build, and maintain high-quality data models and a governed semantic/metrics layer (Snowflake semantic views) to enable self-service analytics. Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to define metrics, produce certified BI content (Tableau, Redash), ensure data quality and privacy, optimize model performance, and mentor junior team members.

Lead and grow the data platform engineering team; own technical direction for pipelines, infrastructure, orchestration, and standards; drive reliability, observability, cost optimization, and governance; recruit and mentor engineers; collaborate cross-functionally to align platform priorities with business needs and enable analytics and ML workloads.

Serve as strategic operator for Data & Analytics: run planning and quarterly business review processes, lead cross-functional strategic programs, identify AI and analytics opportunities, produce executive narratives and decision frameworks, and scale operating mechanisms to connect DNA strategy to company OKRs and delivery.
