Lead the Data Operations team to design, build, and manage ground truth datasets for machine learning, ensuring data quality and operational efficiency.

Build and maintain dbt models and a semantic/metrics layer to provide trusted, analytics-ready datasets. Partner with stakeholders, Data Engineering, Data Science and BI to define metrics, ensure documentation, lineage, and data quality, and support downstream reporting, dashboards and AI agents.
