Partners with stakeholders to define enterprise metrics, reviews technical work, mentors engineers, manages data contracts, and improves reporting estates. Applies CI/CD, AI-assisted development, performance optimization, and cost management while leading projects through adoption.

Leads sales and business intelligence analytics, including pipeline ROI, incentive analysis, forecasting, year-over-year drivers, and connectivity trends. Develops dashboards, analytical tools, methodologies, and business processes using internal and external data. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders and IT to define requirements, integrate systems, and communicate actionable insights to leadership. Requires strong quantitative analysis, data visualization, stakeholder communication, and project leadership skills.

Lead analytics efforts to design and analyze experiments, perform causal and exploratory analyses, develop and monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and translate insights into recommendations for product, marketing, and business stakeholders while mentoring analysts.
