As an Analyst in the Deals Office, you'll analyze financial datasets, create reports and dashboards, and leverage AI tools for insights.

Leads DMM’s social analytics team, establishing measurement frameworks, reporting infrastructure, dashboards, campaign KPIs, benchmarks, and ROI models. Presents data-driven recommendations to clients, mentors analysts, evaluates analytics tools, implements relevant AI solutions, and partners with strategy, creative, partnerships, and platform teams to align measurement approaches. Requires extensive paid and organic social expertise, strong data storytelling, client relationship management, and proficiency with visualization, social, and reporting platforms.

Supports the Dean’s Office by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting enrollment, faculty workload, academic program, and survey data. Builds Excel datasets, dashboards, visualizations, and recurring reports using university systems such as WebFOCUS and Banner. Administers Qualtrics surveys, validates and documents data, responds to analytical requests, identifies trends and inconsistencies, and communicates findings to college leadership while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Supports the Quality team with data extraction, KPI reporting, dashboard maintenance, data validation, documentation, and ad hoc requests. Tracks quality improvement projects, action items, and deliverables while assisting with management presentations, meeting minutes, and administrative activities. The role provides exposure to manufacturing quality systems, Power BI reporting, and cross-functional project coordination.

Creates compelling data visualizations using Planet’s satellite imagery, remote sensing data, and complementary datasets. Collaborates with Marketing, Communications, media, and creative teams to accurately communicate complex technical concepts through graphics, animation, video, presentations, and other content. Applies cartographic and visualization best practices, supports external imagery distribution, and serves as an internal data visualization expert. The role requires advanced geospatial software and Python skills and is hybrid in San Francisco.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for government contract cost, schedule, and performance tracking. Integrate financial, schedule, and contract data into secure automated pipelines and centralized data models. Build KPI visualizations with role-based access and drill-down capabilities, validate data accuracy, conduct user acceptance testing, document procedures, and train government users.

Owns enterprise-level analysis of client sentiment, health, retention, churn, and journey data. Develops measurement frameworks, health scores, executive dashboards, root-cause analyses, and leading indicators tied to revenue. Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative feedback, identifies systemic experience risks, supports lifecycle improvement initiatives, and presents data-backed recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Manages donor database administration and data integrity using Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. Oversees gift and constituent data entry, verification, imports, updates, receipting, acknowledgements, queries, exports, custom reports, segmented lists, and fundraising-related systems. Collaborates with Finance to integrate Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge for revenue reporting and gift processing. Serves as the internal specialist and primary contact for donor data systems.

Produces, validates, reconciles, and distributes operational and client reports, invoice detail packages, and collections letter campaign output. Investigates data discrepancies, monitors service-level and productivity metrics, documents corrective actions, and supports compliance, audit readiness, and production controls. Collaborates with Collections leadership, IT, and Dialer Administration while maintaining report specifications, procedures, and distribution processes.

Monitor news, media, social platforms, and events; prepare data for media analysis and reports; create Excel pivot tables, charts, and visualizations; write analytical insights; support research projects; and validate proprietary reputation-risk and stakeholder-view scoring. The intern will help deliver timely client alerts, briefings, and longer-term reports while collaborating with analysts and interpreting trends across business, culture, and politics.
