The job entails engaging with potential candidates and gathering insights about them for future opportunities within BGA.

Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate communications, administer and configure Ashby ATS (templates, interview plans, pools), maintain data hygiene, deliver reporting and analytics, streamline recruiting operations, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve scheduling SLAs and candidate experience.

Perform accurate data entry and typing from home, manage multiple projects to meet deadlines, use email and internet tools to download/upload attachments, and work independently with a home computer and stable internet connection.

Enter and update company data accurately, verify and correct information, maintain confidentiality, follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
