Supports product lifecycle management for the global connectivity portfolio by maintaining catalogue accuracy, monitoring product performance, coordinating service readiness, and ensuring scalable service design, operational readiness, sales readiness, and commercial alignment across global data center operations.

Collaborate with product, supply chain, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders; resolve data discrepancies; generate reports and analytics; support data migration, cleanup, and system upgrades; and document standards, processes, and training materials. The role requires advanced Excel, data analysis, and experience with SAP, Axapta, and master data management tools.

Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows, specify agent behavior, build and integrate AI agents, configure guardrails and human oversight, validate performance, conduct user acceptance and shadow-mode testing, lead production go-lives, and measure business impact. The role requires strong Python and SQL, cloud experience, AI or data/ML product development, and excellent customer communication.

Maintains pricing data, master files, cost quote systems, databases, and analytical tools. Conducts competitor, supplier, and market pricing analysis; evaluates discounts, customer deals, contracts, and pricing exceptions for profitability. Supports pricing strategies through cross-functional collaboration, reporting, trend analysis, and actionable business insights. Performs ad hoc pricing analyses and special projects.

Own the quality engineering strategy and platform across Android, web, API, and backend systems. Design and maintain comprehensive manual and automated testing for complex distributed architectures, lead root-cause analysis, define quality metrics, integrate testing into CI/CD, and certify releases and production hotfixes. Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams, conduct QA automation code reviews, identify production risks, monitor field issues, and mentor junior quality engineers.

Assists with end-user technical support, computer system installation and configuration, hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows administration, Microsoft 365, networking, asset management, and IT security. Maintains documentation, follows company policies, supports daily IT operations, and develops practical skills under senior staff guidance.
