Manage end-to-end HR operations, including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, benefits, statutory compliance, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, grievances, HR policies, HRMS data, QMS audits, and process improvement. The role also supports HR digitization, reporting, employee welfare, and general administration while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.

Partner with managers and global HRBPs to deliver end-to-end HR support: drive performance, engagement, talent processes, employee relations, HRIS/data analysis, and local people and culture initiatives. Resolve complex cases, provide trusted guidance, and execute HR transactions accurately to improve employee experience and business outcomes.
