The Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in security products, collaborate with internal teams, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Provide enterprise-level technical support for Forcepoint products: troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve customer issues; gather logs; perform packet capture and log analysis; escalate complex cases; document resolutions; mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge base and product supportability.

Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat; replicate and troubleshoot customer issues; escalate to product teams; create and maintain knowledge base articles; lead technical escalations; participate in peer trainings and share best practices.
