The Analyst, Quality Assurance will perform quality reviews on US mortgage processes, analyze data, and recommend improvements while collaborating with management.

Validate, deduplicate, and remediate company data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Use external sources (company websites, D&B Hoovers) and tools (SQL, Python, Excel, Databricks) to enrich records, resolve discrepancies, maintain reporting and documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data governance.

Designs and executes test plans and scripts for data and analytics projects, performs UAT, validates results, identifies and remedies defects, supports data staging and deployments, and documents QA policies and metrics to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.

Drive firmwide data governance and data quality programs: implement policies, lead end-to-end data testing, build metrics and reporting, enable remediation through analytics, and align global stakeholders to improve data accuracy and controls.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Salesforce customer and account data. Build automated validation and enrichment pipelines (SQL/Python), perform large-scale cleansing and deduplication (DemandTools, Data Loader), create monitoring dashboards (Power BI), enforce governance, and apply AI/LLMs to improve matching, classification, and anomaly detection so data never blocks Quote-to-Cash processes.

Evaluate and remediate data quality across systems by profiling, matching, reconciling, and validating datasets. Document findings, remediation steps, and repeatable procedures. Partner with business and technical teams to define data rules, escalate systemic issues, and support quality metrics, scorecards, and exception reporting.
