Skills Required
- End-to-end HR operations and employee management experience
- Complete payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, leave without pay, deductions, and salary
- Strong knowledge of PF/EPFO and ESI/ESIC compliance
- Experience with ECR filing, UAN, PF claims, and ESI contributions
- Knowledge of labour law and statutory compliance
- Recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning experience
- Employee grievance and disciplinary handling experience
- HR MIS, attendance, and payroll reporting experience
- Experience coordinating with Accounts, EPFO, and ESIC authorities
- Knowledge of Zoho Payroll/HRMS and Advanced Excel
