Provide L2 SOC support and act as escalation for L1 engineers. Troubleshoot endpoints, networking, cloud services, and internal apps; own incident investigations, document resolutions, perform preliminary RCAs, manage tickets in Jira Service Management, maintain runbooks/KBs, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and contribute to automation and operational stability.
