Investigates and resolves complex B2B customer issues, owns problem resolution, collaborates with internal teams, analyzes recurring technical problems, and proposes preventive solutions. Requires knowledge of Linux, networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, and basic scripting.

Provides L2/L3 production support for enterprise identity, API management, event-driven integrations, and portal platforms. Troubleshoots SSO, OAuth/OIDC, tokens, RBAC, API gateways, Kafka, browser applications, connectivity, and infrastructure issues. Handles incidents and access requests, performs diagnostics and validation, coordinates escalations, supports releases and on-call operations, and develops runbooks, knowledge articles, automation, and root-cause analyses.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zimperium's mobile threat defense product, owning customer issues through resolution, validating fixes with QA, creating JIRAs for engineering, and collaborating with product, devops, and customer success teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
