Own end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for strategic EMEA hotel accounts: onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal. Act as senior advisor on revenue strategy, run strategic reviews and advanced training, use AI-assisted analytics for ROI and churn risk, design adoption plans, mentor junior CSMs, and maintain accurate Salesforce account records.

Lead EMEA sales growth for CTV and omnichannel programmatic solutions. Build multi-market pipeline, manage agency and brand relationships, close complex deals, shape go-to-market positioning, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and AdOps.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage and grow relationships with large enterprise accounts, ensuring successful adoption and strategic impact through collaborative efforts across various teams.

Review and onboard business customers by performing KYB/KYC checks, verifying corporate documentation, conducting sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening, assessing AML risk, escalating high-risk cases, maintaining records, and collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and Operations to streamline onboarding and improve processes.
