Partner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Sales Operations, and Product on pricing launches, ASC 606 and IFRS 15 alignment, migrations, and API-driven integrations with Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and usage-data systems.

Review and onboard business customers by performing KYB/KYC checks, verifying corporate documentation, conducting sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening, assessing AML risk, escalating high-risk cases, maintaining records, and collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and Operations to streamline onboarding and improve processes.

Leads supplier quality operations across Germany by managing a team of 10 professionals, driving supplier qualification and compliance, coordinating product qualifications, reviewing risk documentation, resolving non-conformances, conducting risk-based supplier inspections, and reporting supplier quality KPIs. Partners with supply chain, engineering, R&D, and project leadership to improve supplier performance, sustainability, and operational reliability.

Lead new-logo enterprise sales for CX, contact center, BPO and digital operations across targeted EMEA accounts. Build pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, qualify opportunities, lead proposal/RFP responses, negotiate and close complex deals while maintaining CRM hygiene and accurate forecasts.
