Leadfeeder seeks a Senior Product Manager to own activation and lead delivery: scoring, enrichment, Workflows, Lists, CRM integrations, and AI-driven activation. Ship Workflows and Lists to GA, improve retention by connecting intent data to sales execution, define scoring models, expand enrichment, and collaborate with engineering and design using data, experimentation, and AI tooling.

Lead and own Agent0: co-own roadmap with Product, hire and grow a senior AI engineering team, drive delivery of production-grade agentic AI, set evaluation and monitoring standards, prototype innovations, and provide thought leadership on AI production excellence.

Architect and build core backend systems and APIs for a business-logic-heavy AI-native ERP. Deliver production-ready features end-to-end, including CI/CD, deployments, database schema and migrations, integrations with third-party systems, monitoring, and post-release care. Collaborate with product to translate complex finance workflows into secure, performant systems at scale.

Lead and scale the global Procure-to-Pay function across NA and Europe, overseeing vendor onboarding, purchasing, invoice processing, payments, month-end AP close, internal controls, NetSuite P2P workflows, automation, stakeholder partnerships, audits, and a distributed Finance Operations team.

Build and maintain Ashby’s platform and reliability systems: scale cloud infrastructure, implement IaC, observability, SLOs/SLIs, canary rollouts and feature flags, secure customer data, enable event-driven/data-warehouse work, optimize SQL/DSL performance, and own projects end-to-end while participating in on-call rotations.

Lead and improve the global Procure-to-Pay lifecycle across North America and Europe, overseeing vendor onboarding, AP, payments, month-end close, controls, metrics, and NetSuite P2P. Drive automation, partner with Finance/Procurement/Tax, support audits and tax reporting, and manage and develop a distributed Finance Operations team.

Maintain and expand Ocient's hosted data warehouse services with a focus on high availability, performance, observability, automation, security, and incident management. Build monitoring, logging, alerting, CI/CD, and automate Linux server deployments while supporting backup, DR, and test infrastructure.

Lead and manage German payroll delivery and implementations, oversee end-to-end payroll cycles, coach and develop local teams, ensure compliance with German payroll legislation, drive process improvements and customer service, and partner with HR, Finance, Product and Customer Success to scale operations.

Manage and grow corporate subscription accounts for research-intensive clients by selling complex, AI-enabled knowledge solutions. Build account strategies, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline in CRM, deliver high-stakes presentations, collaborate with Product/Marketing/Customer Success, and conduct market and customer research to inform sales approaches.

The Account Executive will drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts in the DACH region, leveraging understanding of data protection and engaging with stakeholders to close deals.
