The Enterprise Account Executive at Commvault is tasked with selling solutions to strategic accounts, achieving revenue targets, executing account plans, and fostering relationships with decision-makers.

Execute and monitor on-chain transactions, manage daily vault operations (deposits/withdrawals/yield), deploy smart contract wallets, support partners through vault launches, track fees and operational metrics, maintain vault documentation and playbooks, and use AI tools to automate and optimize processes.

Design and iterate user journeys, features, and products across Reedsys applications; maintain the design system and component library; implement some front-end code and collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

Own technical delivery for strategic EMEA accounts: troubleshoot escalations, guide architecture and performance tuning, drive product and AI/ML adoption, deliver training/workshops, and translate customer needs to Product and Engineering.

Own Langfuse's events and community developer-relations motion: plan and run conferences, meetups, workshops, demos, and customer events; speak and run technical sessions; build repeatable event assets and runbooks; partner with product, sales, and ClickHouse; capture feedback into messaging, docs, and product improvements.

Partner with the founder to write and edit high-quality content, improve messaging and positioning, support sales and partnerships, join client calls, and own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end while maintaining a high editorial bar and shipping finished work.

Lead and scale the People & Talent function as a strategic partner to the CEO. Strengthen HR foundations (TA, comp, performance, careers, policies), build leadership frameworks and rituals, moderate executive leadership forums, run company-wide cadences and offsites, and improve collaboration and culture between lemon.markets and dwpbank.

Own a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts to drive expansion, retention, and product adoption. Lead full sales cycle for cross-sell and upsell opportunities, engage C-level stakeholders, conduct business reviews, mitigate account risk, and collaborate cross-functionally. Travel quarterly within Europe to strengthen relationships and attend events.
