The Customer Support Specialist will assist Japanese-speaking enterprise customers with account management, provide effective communication, resolve issues, and contribute to the knowledge base.

Provide multi-jurisdictional employment law advice for Oyster's EOR platform: maintain templates and policies, support product and HR teams, manage cross-border compliance, liaise with outside counsel, handle audits and regulatory inquiries, and drive process improvements and AI/automation initiatives to scale employment compliance.

Build end-to-end web features, automate operational workflows, create internal tools and integrations (Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI), deploy AI-powered capabilities, and scale a reliable platform while working closely with founders and operations.

Provide professional deskside and data center technical support for Windows 10/11 migrations and infrastructure. Install, configure and troubleshoot servers and non-desktop hardware/software, maintain access control and file security, monitor system performance, document procedures, coordinate with vendors and project teams, and communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure seamless migrations and operational efficiency.

Lead Perforce/Delphix expansion in Japan by building new-logo pipeline, shaping and closing complex, partner-led enterprise deals, engaging C-level and technical stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and positioning Delphix for data security, compliance, and AI readiness while working with SIs and partners.

Join the Product Regulatory Engineering team to evaluate product environmental impact, ensure compliance with RoHS/REACH/WEEE/PFAS/TSCA/Prop65, perform XRF material testing and manage XRF lab, maintain compliance databases (IPC-1752A, BOMcheck, IMDS, SCIP, GDX), engage suppliers for sustainability data, and support regulatory filings and cross-functional teams.
