Manage and grow influencer partnerships for Myprotein Japan across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Own full influencer lifecycle: discovery, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, campaign coordination, content approval, performance tracking, ROI analysis, risk management, and reporting in English. Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies and optimize a balanced portfolio of star, mid-tier, and emerging influencers while managing budgets and KPIs.

Drive Japan growth via strategic partners: manage partner relationships, co-develop business plans, qualify and advance sales opportunities, lead customer meetings and proposals, support pricing and contracts, and ensure partner and customer success through coordination with delivery and customer success teams.

Translate and summarize Japanese shareholder proposals and corporate incident news into English, extract governance details from disclosures, prepare vote recommendations per ISS policy, maintain governance knowledge, and support operational tools and systems. Work hybrid in Tokyo with extended hours during proxy season.
