The role also contributes knowledge-base updates, trains Tier 1 specialists, supports solution presentations, and assists with business cases. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and related applications across multiple operating systems is required. Travel may reach 20%.

Lead customer-facing technical support for ceramic products: investigate and resolve complaints, perform RCA and RCCA, monitor product quality, run plant visits and trials, define corrective actions, collaborate with Commercial, Operations and R&I, and support specification development and continuous improvement.
