Lead and manage IT Ops team delivering help desk and sysadmin services, own runbooks and SLAs, drive automation and projects (backup, virtualization, provisioning), handle escalations and cross-team compliance coordination, and hire/mentor staff.

Lead and execute IT audit and assurance engagements (SOX, SOC 1, SOC 2), perform ITGC/ITAC and automated controls testing, prepare workpapers and RCMs, provide technical guidance to clients, and mentor junior team members while contributing to practice development.

Consult with CFOs/CIOs to assess client infrastructure, vendor contracts, and pricing to develop and negotiate expense-reduction strategies. Analyze and present data, manage project timelines, monitor industry trends, support sales with value propositions, and maintain client and vendor relationships to deliver measurable cost savings.

Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1, resolving complex desktop, macOS, and network issues; provide high-touch support to executives; administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams); troubleshoot switches, wireless, and endpoint security; mentor Tier 1 staff; own root-cause diagnosis and ticket resolution; assist with equipment moves and occasional after-hours business-critical support.
