Owns complex business-unit systems administration, business requirements analysis, workflow design, reporting solutions, integrations, testing, upgrades, security reviews, troubleshooting, and user support. Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating operational needs into system and reporting requirements. Coordinates implementations, documentation, training, vendor escalations, user access, and process improvements while supporting reporting accuracy and system performance.

Drive reporting and analytics for the sales and operations planning process across demand, supply, and inventory. Build Power BI dashboards, recurring reports, and executive presentations; analyze forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and supply chain KPIs; reconcile fragmented data; identify risks and root causes; and recommend actions. Partner with planning, finance, operations, commercial, IT, and data teams while using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting and generate insights.

Supports weekly and monthly S&OP reporting across demand, supply, inventory, and financial performance. Builds Power BI dashboards, recurring reports, and executive presentations; analyzes forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and plan deviations; reconciles fragmented data from ERP and planning systems; and provides actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Uses AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, summarize variances, detect anomalies, and improve analytics workflows.

Develop and maintain reusable finance data products, reporting solutions, data models, and visualizations for Global Finance. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, support product lifecycles, resolve issues, manage delivery workstreams, and communicate insights to technical and business stakeholders. Partner with finance and technology teams to improve reporting, operational problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.

Analyzes product complaint data to ensure regulatory compliance, prepares reports, identifies process improvement areas, and develops data analysis tools.

Support accounting and finance modernization by developing and maintaining integrations, workflow automation, transaction-to-GL mapping, reconciliations, data validation, testing, and production support across banking platforms. Partner with business, data, technology, and vendors to ensure financial data integrity, SOX controls, and successful system implementations and upgrades.

Lead cross-functional discovery and translate business objectives into scalable requirements, user stories, data mappings, and integration patterns across Salesforce, Data360, Marketing Cloud, and custom platforms to enable customer data governance, activation, and AI-enabled experiences.
