The Software QA Engineer will execute manual and automated tests, document defects, collaborate with teams, and contribute to QA processes in a fast-paced environment.

Perform complex chart and program reviews to ensure contract compliance and program performance. Prepare for audits with EHRS, analyze documentation and billing codes for DMH contracts, develop tracking systems, provide documentation training, liaise with DMH and internal departments, and lead audit preparation and quality improvement activities while protecting PHI.
