Lead and build an IT PMO-of-one: implement intake and prioritization, run governance and reporting, and directly manage IT projects end-to-end. Ensure projects meet CSV and regulatory requirements (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, GxP), coordinate vendors and finances, and coach IT staff on consistent project practices to improve predictability and compliance.
