Leads IT programs and complex projects by discovering and documenting business processes, shaping technology solutions, and coordinating execution across business, technical, and vendor teams. Defines scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics; facilitates stakeholder workshops; manages change, tradeoffs, and accountability; and communicates effectively with executives and operational stakeholders.

Provide first-level technical support and customer service for club and corporate team members: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; document tickets; escalate outages; meet SLAs; participate in training and special projects.
