Serve as the lab subject-matter expert for analytical and materials testing. Develop and validate test methods, lead root cause investigations, analyze data statistically, support R&D and production scale-up, maintain laboratory records and compliance, and provide technical reports and training to drive product quality and continuous improvement.

Lead and maintain the AS9100/ISO9001 Quality Management System, plan and lead internal and external audits, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, supervise QA staff, ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance, and support operational inspection and calibration programs.
