Lead laboratory testing and method development for raw materials and finished goods, perform analytical and physical testing, drive root-cause investigations, design experiments and statistical analyses, support R&D and scale-up, maintain lab documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Supervise the QC laboratory and quality technicians, ensure testing and calibration, manage customer complaints, execute AS9100 internal audits, enforce safety, and support continuous quality improvements.
