Leads product strategy and digital technology roadmaps for Disney Cruise Line’s onboard guest fulfillment systems. Gathers requirements, translates concepts into user stories and epics, prioritizes development work, supports product rollouts and defect triage, tracks product performance, and collaborates with technology, design, business, and leadership teams to deliver customer and cast-facing applications.

Plan and manage product backlog for audience targeting and measurement. Write specs and user stories, partner with engineering, data science, and UX to build features (audience segmentation, identity resolution, data clean rooms, measurement). Define and track coverage, match rates, activation and latency metrics, support UAT and release readiness, and champion AI-native product approaches while participating in Scrum ceremonies.
