Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for AI-enabled platforms across Aprio. Translate practice requirements into user stories, lead development lifecycles, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, validate and integrate LLMs and AI tooling, and engage stakeholders while ensuring responsible AI, data privacy, and client confidentiality.

The IT Project Manager will lead IT projects, manage budgets and schedules, ensure project scope meets business needs, and communicate with stakeholders.

Administer and monitor a multi-site routed network (SD-WAN, switching, routing, VoIP); troubleshoot escalated tickets; perform patching and vulnerability remediation; configure firewalls, VPNs and cloud connectivity; participate in network architecture and projects; provide after-hours rotational support and maintain documentation and security best practices.

Senior IT Systems Engineer responsible for designing, configuring, and troubleshooting hybrid on‑premises and cloud infrastructure. Lead infrastructure projects, manage VMware vSphere/ESXi, SANs, backups/DR, Office 365 and related services, implement Azure components, automate tasks, document procedures, remediate audit findings, and mentor/coordinate technical work across teams.

Provide end-to-end systems administration for on-prem and cloud environments: install/configure Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, networks, virtualization, storage, backups, and Java web applications; support customers via tickets and coordinate maintenance and upgrades.

Provide first-level desktop support for hardware, peripherals, and software; respond to service requests within SLAs; provision and deploy computers; maintain IT asset inventory; install and upgrade OS, drivers, and applications; support end users and troubleshoot issues.

Administer and maintain core insurance enterprise systems, manage change requests and vendor SLAs, support UAT and incident resolution, ensure data privacy compliance, and maintain operational and security documentation.
