Lead QA operations and strategic quality oversight for CDMOs across plasmid, viral vector, and cell therapy manufacturing. Oversee batch release, batch record review, product disposition, deviations/CAPAs, change controls, and inspection readiness. Drive continuous improvement, monitor quality metrics, and support patient apheresis and lab onboarding to ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance.

Own and build automated test suites and UAT for APIs and customer-facing apps. Validate REST and gRPC services, automate browser workflows, perform exploratory and release testing, triage defects, embed quality in CI/CD, and pioneer AI-assisted testing practices.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across functional, load, integration, security, server-side, and ETL testing. Create test artifacts, run automated tests, analyze results, report defects, participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, and drive issue resolution.

The Robotics Software QA/Test Engineer will ensure software quality through testing practices, monitor test robots, triage issues, and improve testing tools.
