Own IT internal audit projects and portions of the SOX program, including ITGC and ITAC testing, risk assessment, controls evaluation, remediation, and audit reporting. Partner with audit, finance, engineering, process owners, external auditors, and co-sourcing partners. Help establish an AI audit methodology and implement AI-enabled audit efficiencies while maintaining quality, independence, and reliability.

Leads IT compliance for usage-based revenue processes, including platform consumption controls, cloud partner reconciliations, SOX-ready engineering workflows, and paid-usage metering data governance. Partners with Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Internal Audit to resolve discrepancies, assess revenue recognition impacts, automate reconciliation processes, and maintain reliable revenue datasets.

Own and improve corporate security across identity and access management, endpoint protection, SaaS applications, Zero Trust, automation, detection, and incident response. Implement Entra ID controls, SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, JML workflows, Intune policies, EDR, and security baselines. Automate security processes with Python or JavaScript, investigate alerts, remediate incidents, and partner with IT, Security, Engineering, and business teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

The M&A Lead Integration Architect will strategize and implement integration plans for acquired entities, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with business goals.
