The role maintains audit records, supports rubric calibration and coaching initiatives, and protects sensitive consumer financial information while working onsite during sales-floor hours.

Leads QA Operations for deviations, CAPA, OOS, and complaints supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Oversees quality event review and approval, cGMP compliance, analytics and KPI trending, root-cause investigations, preventive actions, and continuous improvement. Manages and develops Quality personnel, provides real-time manufacturing-floor oversight, supports client issue resolution, and partners with Operations and centralized Quality Systems teams.

Leads early-phase Quality Assurance Operations for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, overseeing quality systems, lot disposition, GMP compliance, inspection readiness, investigations, corrective actions, client quality communications, training, staff development, and budget management. Ensures compliance with FDA, global regulatory authorities, ICH guidelines, and phase-appropriate GMP requirements for clinical programs and mammalian cell production.

Performs quality assurance oversight for early-phase biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Reviews batch production records, manufacturing documentation, testing records, and controlled documents; supports batch and lot release, discrepancy investigations, excursion reports, inspection readiness, and quality issue resolution. Serves as a Quality representative and subject matter expert on cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and company standards.

Conducts internal and external cGMP audits, reviews quality and vendor documentation, manages corrective actions and supplier discrepancies, supports regulatory inspections, evaluates compliance changes, writes SOPs, approves quality records, and implements process improvements.
