Lead the architecture and technical execution of a next-generation missile-defense ground software program. Own the end-to-end ground segment and real-time command-and-control baseline, including telemetry, alerts, engagement management, decision logic, data pipelines, visualization, and cybersecurity. Guide software teams, oversee simulation and hardware-in-the-loop validation, ensure interoperability and vendor-agnostic integration, collaborate with systems and mission operations teams, and engage government and industry stakeholders.

Leads the TAC managed services team by coordinating technical escalations, major incidents, SLA performance, customer communications, and cross-functional resolution efforts. Provides technical guidance, mentorship, onboarding, and team development while improving incident, escalation, documentation, and knowledge-management processes. Oversees service delivery risks, operational reviews, root cause analysis, customer environments, and continuous improvement initiatives across Service Desk, NOC, SOC, Professional Services, and Account Management.

Provide legal support for supply chain by drafting, negotiating, and overseeing commercial and government contracts; design policies, templates, and training; advise on FAR/DFARS flow-downs, proposals, and compliance; serve as primary legal contact for stakeholders and external parties; help scale legal processes across the company.
