Provide legal support for supply chain by drafting, negotiating, and overseeing commercial and government contracts; design policies, templates, and training; advise on FAR/DFARS flow-downs, proposals, and compliance; serve as primary legal contact for stakeholders and external parties; help scale legal processes across the company.

Lead security architecture and implementation for integrated hardware-software space systems. Secure embedded platforms, firmware, FPGA, RF/telemetry, and ground infrastructure; implement cryptographic key management, secure boot, TEEs, hardware root of trust; perform hardware security and supply chain risk assessments; drive DevSecOps integration; mentor teams; support compliance and accreditation (RMF, NIST 800-53, DFARS, CMMC, ITAR).
