As a Senior Associate in the Digital Assets team, you will provide assurance services over clients' digital environments, focusing on cybersecurity and emerging technologies while building client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage end-to-end sales processes, establish relationships with clients, and grow sales in the Cybersecurity sector.

Lead IT strategy and operations, overseeing network, communications, infrastructure, internal/external systems, IT staff and PM teams. Manage vendor relationships, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, NIST compliance, change control, Microsoft (on-premise/hybrid and Azure) services including SharePoint and Office 365, budgeting, and technology selection to meet business needs.

Lead and negotiate complex commercial and technology contracts (AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity); manage and develop a commercial contracting legal team; advise on legal technology and AI strategy; implement scalable AI-first contracting processes; collaborate with Procurement, Privacy, Infosec, and Legal Operations on technology acquisitions and governance.

Serve as senior technical authority for software quality across SaMD and AI/ML products. Own SDLC design control, QMS architecture, V&V strategy, risk management, DHF governance, and audit readiness. Drive regulatory alignment (FDA, EU-MDR, PMDA), mentor quality engineers, and define scalable compliance-at-speed frameworks for cloud/SaaS and cybersecurity-enabled digital health solutions.

Provide privacy and cybersecurity legal support for transactional matters (M&A, licensing, financings, technology deals), draft and negotiate privacy/security policies and data processing agreements, counsel clients on federal, state, and international privacy compliance, and assist with breach response and regulatory matters. Work from Fenwick & West's Silicon Valley office.
