Provides first-level IT support for hardware, software, networking, printers, mobile devices, conference rooms, accounts, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintains IT asset records and supports device deployment, replacements, repairs, procurement, vendor coordination, agreement review, and order tracking. Configures and administers macOS devices using JAMF and IRU workflows while also supporting Windows endpoints. Documents procedures, resolves user issues, and collaborates with IT teams, vendors, and business departments.
