Translate occasional English content, test web applications and user interfaces on Mac OS X and iOS, document localization bugs, and verify fixes. Execute test cases, clearly communicate reproduction steps, prioritize issues, and collaborate independently or with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment, including occasional non-business hours, weekends, and holidays.

Leads enterprise GMP Quality Assurance strategy across clinical and commercial operations. Oversees product disposition, regulatory inspection readiness, audits, labeling governance, supplier quality, investigations, CAPAs, risk management, and quality systems alignment. Provides executive leadership, independent quality oversight, talent development, and cross-functional governance while ensuring compliance with global GMP regulations and effective management of external manufacturing and supply networks.

Leads localization testing engagements from scope estimation and environment setup through tester training, test execution, defect management, reporting, and sign-off. Coordinates with translation teams, engineers, project managers, testers, and clients to investigate and resolve defects, prevent duplicates, monitor progress, maintain testing equipment, and deliver quality results. Evaluates tester performance and supports the ongoing maturity of testing programs.

The QA Manager for Training Services oversees the Quality Training System, ensures regulatory compliance, trains staff, resolves quality issues, and enhances training procedures.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across functional, load, integration, security, server-side, and ETL testing. Create test artifacts, run automated tests, analyze results, report defects, participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, and drive issue resolution.

Lead QA support for quality systems (Deviations, Change Control, CAPA) and Veeva enhancements; oversee clinical and commercial artwork and labeling reviews, vendor oversight, risk-based GxP strategy, metrics and continuous improvement, and inspection/audit readiness while partnering cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and drive timely, compliant record closure.
