The IT Project Manager will lead IT projects, manage budgets and schedules, ensure project scope meets business needs, and communicate with stakeholders.

Administer and maintain core insurance enterprise systems, manage change requests and vendor SLAs, support UAT and incident resolution, ensure data privacy compliance, and maintain operational and security documentation.

Perform requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and data analysis to improve business processes. Lead change management, user readiness, UAT/testing, training, and documentation for software implementations. Develop reports, process maps, SOPs, and enablement materials while supporting continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
